The short version. Your organization paid for this, not you. Use your own code. We never learn your name. Save the PDF when your profile appears, because nothing is emailed and nothing can be recovered. The profile is a mirror for your own development. It is not a medical opinion and it is not a basis for anyone to hire, fire, promote or pass you over.
The Grit Type Indicator™ is a leadership assessment built and operated by Grit Global LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Your organization has engaged us under a separate agreement. You are taking part under that agreement. You are not purchasing anything and you owe us nothing.
Your code belongs to you alone. Do not pass it to anyone else and do not take the assessment on anyone else's behalf. Each code works once. Once you finish, the link shows you a confirmation rather than the questions, so the group data stays honest.
The code is also the only thing we ever learn about you. We do not ask for your name, your email address or your phone number, and there is nowhere on any screen to give them. Your answers reach us labelled with the code and nothing else.
If your code will not work, speak to whoever gave it to you, or email support@gritglobal.com rather than borrowing someone else's.
Your profile appears on screen when you finish, with a button to save it as a PDF. Use it before you close the page.
Nothing is emailed to you. We have no address to email and no way to work out which stored result was yours, so once the page closes your profile is gone and neither we nor your employer can get it back. There is no support request that recovers it. That is the honest cost of staying anonymous, and we would rather tell you plainly than surprise you.
The instrument measures the gap between how you operate normally and how you operate under pressure. That gap is the whole point. Answering the way you think you are supposed to answer produces a profile of a person who does not exist and a group read that is worth nothing to anybody.

What we collect, who sees it and how long we keep it is set out in the Participant Privacy Notice. The short version is that we collect no personal information at all, your leadership sees group patterns and a list of which codes have finished, and nobody sees your individual result.
One limit worth knowing. Your organization handed out the codes. If they recorded who received which one, they could work out who has finished. They still cannot see anyone's result, because we never send individual results to anyone, but that part is in their hands rather than ours and we are not going to claim otherwise.
The Grit Type Indicator™, the four types, the item set, the scoring, the report structure and the Grit Global™ name and marks are the property of Grit Global LLC. Taking the assessment does not transfer any of it to you or to your employer.
Your own profile is yours. Keep it, print it, show it to whoever you want to show it to, or delete it. That is entirely your call.
The assessment is provided as is. We have built it with care and we stand behind the work, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular result will follow from taking it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grit Global LLC is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your participation. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms. The version in force for you is the one published on the day you take the assessment, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
